So, let's start with the bad. Could someone please explain why NBC would air Miracle on 34th Street on the morning of Thanksgiving? I understand that we all love Christmas and want to get an early start on it, but could you wait until I've watched Home Alone (see below) or at least eaten some turkey? I know that we seem to be starting preparations for holidays earlier and earlier, but is it necessary to move onto Christmas, prior to Thanksgiving even taking place?
Now the good. None of the major networks thought it necessary to air Home Alone yesterday. Fortunately, Fx recognized this and put it on the air last night, thus averting a mistake of apocolyptical proportions. So, we owe much thanks to the fine, intelligent people over at Fx.

GREAT call... saw Home Alone today on FX... cant get enough of that little guy setting up those traps... such a classic.... *New CLASSIC ALERT****** ELF... thank you
Love both of those. Course my favorite is the Christmas Story with Ralphie.
I agree with the other things. Too early for all of the Christmas stuff - stores opening at 4AM this year - stores with Christmas things even before Halloween - putting up decorations and its not even December - buy, buy, buy
